Over the past 5 years of practice I have seen a huge increase in the amount of women who are searching for answers to these problems. And sadly, the most common solutions women hear from doctors are not solutions at all, just temporary bandaids for a much larger problem. That is why I decided to pursue training in this field.
FEMM is a women's health organization that teaches women to understand their body's and how to recognize hormonal and other vital signs of HEALTH! FEMM teaches women how to observe and chart their cycle to recognize hormone changes and signs of fertility. This program is specifically geared for women who want to:
